Dispune îndreptarea erorilor materiale strecurate în cuprinsul Sentinţei civile nr. 3778 din 17 iunie 011 pronunţată de Tribunalul Constanţa în dosarul nr.2846/118/2011 în sensul că se va concepta în alineatul 1 al dispozitivului Cîrstian Cornel în loc de Cristian Cornel , Ciudin Mihai în loc de Ciucin Mihai şi în alineatul 2 al dispozitivului se va concepta decizia nr. 51311 în loc de decizia nr.52311.
Cu recurs în 15 zile de la comunicare.
