Respinge cererea
Declară nulă cererea de chemare în judecată formulată de reclamanţii BERCUŞ P. DANIEL, CONSTANTIN ROMEO, DINCĂ DANIEL, DINCĂ NAPOLEON, DUMITRU MARIAN, GEAMBAŞU MARIUS, HOŢU GABRIEL, MAZARACHE DANIELA, STAN FLORIN, STAN MARIAN, STAN ROBERT, VASILE ALEXANDRU.
Ia act că reclamanţii DUMITRU MARIAN, FERARU MARIAN, NICOLAE PETRU, NICOLAE COSTEL, STAN CRISTIAN, STAN IONEL renunţă la judecată.
