Admitere recurs
Admite recursurile formulate de pârâţii Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani şi Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării Tineretului şi Sportului. Modifică înparte s.c. nr. 146 din 21.01.2011 a Tribunalului Botoşani în sensul că: Înlătură obligaţia pârâţilor MEC şi Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani de plată a diferenţelor de salariu rezultate în urma reîncadrării, actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei precum şi de la plata dobânzii legale aferentă acestor sume. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei. Respinge recursul declarat de pârâtul Consiliul Local al Municipiului Botoşani, ca nefondat. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
