Admite recursurile. Modifică în parte s.c. nr. 3060 din 3.12.2010 a TRib. Botoşani, în sensul că: Înlătură dispoziţia de obligare a pârâţilor recurenţi la plata diferenţelor salariale cuvenite reclamanţilor şi acordate prin sentinţa atacată. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
