Admite cererea.
Obligă pârâţii ŞCOLALA CU CLASELE I – VIII BURLA, JUD.SUCEAVA, Inspectoratul Şcolar al Judeţului Suceava, Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor sumele reprezentând diferenţa dintre ajutorul financiar aferent anului 2009 cuvenit potrivit art.1 şi 2 din Legea nr.315/2006 şi sumele efectiv încasate, actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei la data plăţii.
Obligă aceiaşi pârâţi să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor sumele reprezentând ajutorul financiar aferent perioadei 01.01.2010 – 03.07.2010 cuvenit potrivit art.1 şi 2 din Legea nr.315/2006, actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei la data plăţii.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
