Admite cererea

Respinge exceptia lipsei calitatii procesual pasive invocate de paratii Consiliul Local Braila si Unitatea Administrativ Teritoriala a municipiului Braila prin Primar. Admite ca fondata actiunea formulata de reclamantii prin reprezentant Sindicatul Invatamant Braila “Corneliu Gheorghe Carnica” in contradictoriu cu paratii. Obliga pe parati sa plateasca reclamantilor diferenta dintre drepturile salariale efectiv incasate si cele cuvenite in conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr.221/2008 pentru aprobarea Ordonantei Guvernului nr.15/2008, pentru perioada 1.10.2008-31.12.2009, in raport de perioada efectiv lucrata, drepturi actualizate cu rata inflatiei pana la data platii efective.
