Respinge cererea

Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Inspectoratul Şcolar JudeţeanBotoşani şi Ministerul Educaţiei,Cercetării Tineretului şi Sportului . Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea în pretenţii băneşti având ca obiect restituirea diminuării salariale de 25% aferentă perioadei iulie –decembrie 2010, acţiune formulată de reclamanţi - prin Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Botoşani în contradictoriu cu pârâţii: Şcoala cu clasele I –VIII,, Mihail Kogălniceanu” Dorohoi , Consiliul Local Dorohoi Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani şi Ministerul Educaţiei,Cercetării Tineretului şi Sportului Definitivă. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 19.09.2011.
