Admite cererea

Admite ca fondată acţiunea. Obligă pe pârâţi să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 221/2008 pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei Guvernului nr.15/2008, aferente perioadei 1.10.2008-31.12.2009, drepturi actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei la data efectivă a plăţii.
