Admite cererea

Admite acţiunea. Obligă pe pârâţi să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr.221/2008, începând cu data de 1.10.2008 şi până la data de 31.12.2009, drepturi actualizate cu rata inflaţiei până la data plăţii efective.
