Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani.
Admite ,în parte, acţiunea în pretenţii băneşti formulată de reclamanţi - prin Liga Sindicatelor din Învăţământ Botoşani în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Şcoala cu clasele I VIII ,,Leon Dănăilă” Darabani, Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani, Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului.
Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor 1 din ajutorul financiar prevăzut de Lg 315/2006 aferent anului 2010, respectiv echivalentul în lei a 50 euro ce vor fi calculaţi în funcţie de cursul de schimb valutar ce va exista la data plăţii.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 27.09.2011.
