Admitere recurs
Anulează recursul declarat de către pârâta Comisia Judeţeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor Suceava, ca netimbrat. Admite recursul declarat de către pârâţii Duceac Vasile, Duceac Mihai şi Valach Ileana. Modifică în totalitate sentinţa civilă nr. 679/5 mai 2011 a Judecătoriei Cîmpulung Moldovenesc şi, în rejudecare Respinge cererea ca nefondată. Obligă reclamanţii la plata către pârâţii-recurenţi a sumei de 509,65 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată din toate instanţele. Irevocabilă.
