Admitere recurs
Anulează ca nemotivat recursul declarat de Inspectoratul şcolar judeţean Botoşani împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 3146 din 16 decembrie 2010 a Tribunalului Botoşani.
Admite recursul declarat de Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti.
Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 3146 din 16 decembrie 2010 a Tribunalului Botoşani, în sensul că:
Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului finanţelor publice formulată de Ministerul educaţiei, cercetării, tineretului şi sportului Bucureşti .
Obligă chematul în garanţie să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii drepturilor băneşti acordate reclamanţilor prin sentinţa recurată.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 07.06.2011.
