Admite în parte acţiunea în pretenţii băneşti formulată de reclamanţi - prin Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Botoşani în contradictoriu cu pârâţii: Grup Şcolar Darabani, Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani, Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti. Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa de ajutor financiar prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006,respectiv dintre echivalentul în lei a 100 euro ce vor fi calculaţi în funcţie de cursul de schimb valutar ce va exista la data plăţii şi suma de 150 RON plătită în decembrie 2009. Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, formulată de Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti. Obligă chematul în garanţie să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii diferenţei de ajutor financiar stabilit prin prezenta hotărâre. Respinge ca nefondat capătul de cerere privind plata cheltuielilor de judecată. Definitivă şi executorie de drept. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 12.04.2011.
