Admitere recurs
admite recursurile; extinde efectele şi asupra intimatului pârât Liceul de Artă - "VictorBrauner" P., Neamţ.
Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că :
Obligă pârâtul Liceul de Artă "Victor Brauner" P.Neamţ să calculeze indemnizaţia de CO aferentă anului 2008 - 2010 fără aolicarea dimininuării de 25% până la 2.07.2010 inclusiv.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
