Amână cauza
Emite adresă către intimatul Sindicatul Sanitas Argeş, pentru a depune la dosar, pentru fiecare membru de sindicat în parte, înscrisuri privind nivelul de trai al acestora şi modalitatea în care a fost afectat prin reducerea salariului cu 25%.
Amână judecarea cauzei la data de 28 noiembrie 2011, pentru când părţile au termen în cunoştinţă, în temeiul art.153(1) Cod procedură civilă.
