Admite acţiunea în conflict de muncă formulată de reclamanţii TODEA DORU, R******* M******* F******, S***** D******, Ş******* C*******, GHERGHEL MĂRIOARA,DIMA VASILE VIOREL, TODEA ELENA, DRĂMNESC RAMONA, GOLGUŢ SAMFIRA, FLOREA CLAUDIU VIOREL, FLOREA ANCA FLORINA, MICLEA RĂDUCU DANIEL, ŞERBAN VIOREL, BERCEA DORICA, DAMIAN ANA, PERŢA NICULINA, SLEVAŞ AURELIA MIHAELA, ABRUDEAN MARIANA, SBUCIUMELEA VIOLETA MIHAELA ,toţi cu domiciliul procesual ales la SCPA MIHĂLCESCU &ASOCIAŢII împotriva pârâtului INSTITUTUL NAŢIONAL DE RECUPERARE,MEDICINĂ FIZICĂ ŞI BALNEOCLIMATOLOGIE şi în consecinţă:
Obligă pârâtul la plata către fiecare reclamant a drepturilor salariale
reprezentând contravaloarea tichetelor de masă aferente perioadelor noiembrie-decembrie 2009 , ianuarie - iulie 2010 şi octombrie - noiembrie 2010, actualizată cu rata inflaţiei la data plăţii efective.
