Soluţionare

Admite cererea. Obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să achite reclamanţilor diferenţa dintre indemnizaţia de concediu cuvenită pentru anul şcolar 2009 – 2010, fără aplicarea diminuării de 25% prevăzută de art.1 alin.(1) din Legea 118/2010 şi indemnizaţia de concediu efectiv încasată pentru zilele de concediu de odihnă, actualizată în raport de rata inflaţiei, începând cu data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective. Definitivă şi executorie de drept. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 13.07.2011.
