Admite recursurile. Modifică, în parte, sentinţa recurată, în sensul că se confirmă planul de reorganizare a activităţii debitoarei SC "EURO BUSINESS" SRL Botoşani - în insolvenţă, propus de creditoarea Raiffeisen Bank SA Bucureşti (în loc de debitoarea SC "EURO BUSINESS" SRL Botoşani - prin administrator special Mihăilă Mihai - Daniel). Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei. Obligă debitoarea - prin administrator special să plătească recurenţilor Amarande Gheorghi şi Raiffeisen Bank SA Bucureşti câte 60,15 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată din recurs. Irevocabilă.
