Admite in parte cererea
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de către pârâta Direcţia Finanţelor Publice Bacău.
Admite în parte acţiunea.
Obligă pârâta Şcoala cu clasele I-VIII "Gh. Bantaş" Iteşti să le plăteasă reclamanţilor contravaloarea cheltuielilor de transport pe mijloacele de transport în comun, la şi de la locul de muncă aferente perioadei de la 01.01.2010 la 01.10.2011.
Obligă pârâta Unitatea Administrativ Teritorială Iteşti să asigure sumele necesare plăţii acestor drepturi.
Obligă pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* B**** să realizeze asistenţă tehnică impusă de art. 105 din Legea 1/2011.
Obligă pârâta Direcţia Finanţelor Publice Bacău să vireze sumele necesare.
Respinge cererea aferentă perioadei de după 01.10.2011 ca prematur introdusă. Definitivă şi executorie. Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
