Admite cererea

Admite ca fondată acţiunea. Obligă pe pârâte să plătească fiecărui reclamant, pentru anii 2008 şi 2009, câte un salariu suplimentar, echivalent cu salariul de bază de încadrare din luna decembrie a anului respectiv, în funcţie de perioada efectiv lucrată, ajutorul material pentru Ziua Feroviarului pentru anul 2009, ajutorul material pentru sărbătoarea de Paşte pentru anul 2009, drepturi actualizate cu rata inflaţiei la data plăţii efective.
