Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Min.Fin.Publice împotriva sent.civ.nr.1401/25.08.2011 pronunţată de Trib.Mureş în dos.nr.5404/102/2010.
Modifică în parte sentinţa atacată în sensul că :
Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Min.Fin.Publice şi respinge faţă de aceta acţiunea formulată de Sindicatul din Invăţământ "Spiru Haret" în numele membrilor de sindicat, ca fiind formulată împotriva unei persoane fără legitimare procesuală pasivă.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii.
