Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că:
Obligă pârâta Şcoala cu clasele I-VIII nr.11 Piatra Neamţ să calculeze şi să plătească indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă aferentă anului 2009-2010 fără diminuarea de 25 % doar până la 2.07.2011 inclusiv.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
