Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâtă. Modifică în totalitate sentinţa civilă nr.209 din 28.01.2011 a Tribunalului Botoşani şi în rejudecare:
Admite în parte acţiunea.
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţelke de drepturi salariale reţinute pentru zilele de 1 şi 2 iulie 2010, ca urmare a diminuării cu 25% a salariilor în acest interval, cât şi actualizarea în raport cu indicii de inflaţie a acestor sume, de la data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective.
Respinge ca nefondată cererea reclamanţilor privind plata diferenţelor salariale pentru intervalul 3.07.2010 - 31.12.2010.
Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
