Admite in parte cererea

Admite în parte cererea. Obligă pârâta unitatea de învăţământ să calculeze şi să achite reclamanţilor diferenţele dintre indemnizaţia de concediu cuvenită pentru anul şcolar 2009 - 2010 fără aplicarea diminuării de 25% prevăzută de art.1 alin.1 din Legea nr.118/2010 şi indemnizaţia de concediu efectiv încasată pentru zilele de concediu de odihnă efectuate înaintea datei de 03 iulie 2010. Obligă pârâţii să asigure finanţarea pentru plata drepturilor anterior menţionate. Respinge ca nefondată cererea reclamanţilor de acordare a aceloraşi drepturi pentru zilele de concediu de odihnă efectuate după data de 03 iulie 2010, inclusiv. Obligă pârâta unitatea de învăţământ să efectueze menţiunile corespunzătoare în carnetele de muncă ale reclamanţilor conform celor stabilite prin prezenta sentinţă. Definitivă şi executorie de drept. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
