Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea. OPINIE SEPARATĂ - ASISTENŢII JUDICIARI Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâtele să plătească reclamantelor al 13 lea salariu pe anul 2010, sume reactualizate în funcţie de indicele de inflaţie.
