Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâtă.Modifică în totalitate s.c. nr. 205 din 28 ianuarie 2011 a Tribunalului Botoşani şi în rejudecare : Admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de drepturi salariale reţinute pentru zilele de 1 şi 2 iulie 2010, ca urmare a diminuării cu 25% a salariilor în acest interval, cât şi actualizarea în raport cu indicii de inflaţie a acestor sume, de la data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective. Respinge ca nefondată cererea reclamanţilor privind plata diferenţelor salariale pentru intervalul 3.07.2010 - 31.12.2010. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 13.09.2011.
