Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 554/23.02.2011 pronunţată de Tribunalului Botoşani în dosarul 553/40/2011 în sensul că: Admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de drepturi salariale reţinute pentru zilele de 1 şi 2 iulie 2010 în loc de 1 iulie 2010 – 31 decembrie 2010. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică azi, 7 iulie 2011.
