Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă recurată în sensul că: Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de drepturi salariale reţinute pentru zilele de 1 şi 2 iulie 2010 în loc de perioada 1.07.2010 - 31.12.2010.Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă.
