Declină soluţionarea cauzei
Admite excepţia necompetenţei teritoriale invocată din oficiu, în ceea ce priveşte acţiunea formulată în numele membrilor de sindicat indicaţi în tabelul nominal existent la fila 42 dosar, toţi domiciliaţi în raza teritorială a jud. Galaţi.
Declină competenţa de soluţionare a cauzei formulată în numele salariaţilor domiciliaţi în raza teritorială a jud. Galaţi în favoarea Tribunalului Galaţi.
Prezenta hotărâre nu este supusă niciunei căi de atac.
