Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâtă. Modifică în parte s.c. 246/1.02.2011 a Tribunalului Botoşani şi în rejudecare: Admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de drepturi salariale reţinut pentru zilele de 1 şi 2 iulie 2010, ca urmare a diminuării cu 25 % a salariilor în acest interval, cât şi actualizarea în raport cu indicii d einflaţie a acestor sume, d ela data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective. Respinge ca nefondată cererea reclamanţilor privind plata diferenţelor salariale pentru intervalul 3.07.2010 - 31.12.2010. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
