Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâtă.
Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 248 din 01 februarie 2011 a Tribunalului Botoşani şi, în rejudecare:
Admite în parte acţiunea.
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de drepturi salariale reţinute pentru zilele de 1 şi 2 iulie 2010, ca urmare a diminuării cu 25% a salariilor în acest interval, cât şi actualizarea în raport cu indicii de inflaţie a acestor sume, de la data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective.
Respinge, ca nefondată, cererea reclamanţilor privind plata diferenţelor salariale pentru intervalul 03 iulie 2010 – 31 decembrie 2010.
Irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 23 iunie 2011.
