Nefondat
DEC.890 - Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarate de pârâţii Şcoala Gimnazială Smârdan şi Şcoala Gimnazială "Costache Negri" împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 26/12.01.2011 a Tribunalului Galaţi. Admite recursurile declarate de pârâţii Colegiul Economic "Virgil Madgearu", Grup Şcolar Gheorghe Asachi şi Şcoala Gimnazială Schela împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că:
Respinge ca nefondat capătul de cerere privind plata primei de vacanţă pentru anul 2007 actualizată.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii.
