Soluţionare

Respinge excepţia inadmisibilităţii cererii invocate de pârâtul Ministerul Finanţelor. Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâta unitatea de învăţământ să plătească reclamanţilor membri de sindicat sumele reprezentând diferenţa dintre ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi sau de programe educaţionale pe suport electronic necesare îmbunătăţirii calităţii activităţii didactice în învăţământul preuniversitar , ajutor prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006 aferent anului 2009 si suma efectiv plătită, precum si la plata ajutorului financiar corespunzător perioadei din anul 2010 in care legea a fost in vigoare , respectiv până la data de 3.07.2010, sume ce vor fi actualizate in funcţie de rata inflaţiei de la data scadenţei fiecăreia şi până la data plăţii efective. Obligă pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* V***** să aloce către unitatea de învăţământ sumele necesare plăţii integrale a ajutorului prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006. Obligă pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei , Cercetării , Tineretului si Sportului să aloce Inspectoratului Şcolar judeţean Vâlcea sumele necesare plăţii integrale a ajutorului prevăzut de Legera nr. 315/2006. Obligă pârâtul MFP să vireze in bugetul MECTS sumele necesare plăţii integrale a acestui ajutor. Ia act că nu se solicită cheltuieli de judecată. Def. cu recurs.
