Amână cauza
ÎNCHEIERE.
Admite cererea formulată de Sindicatul Învăţământ Corneliu Gheorghe Caranica Brăila, în numele recurenţilor-reclamanţi.
Dispune sesizarea Curţii Constituţionale cu excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art.1 alin.1 din Legea 118/2010, în măsura în care acestea sunt incidente şi în ceea ce priveşte indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă.
