Admitere recurs

Admite recursurile. Extinde efectele asupra Şcoliinr.6 Roman. Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată, în sensul că : Obligă pârâta Şcoala cu clasele I - VIII nr. 6 Roman să calculeze indemnizaţia de CO aferentă anului 2009 - 2010 fără aplicarea diminării de 25% până la 2.07.2010 inclusiv. Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesual pasive a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice şi respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a acestei părţi pentru lipsa calităţii sale procesuale pasive. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 30.11.2011.
