Admite recursul. Modifică în tot sentinţa recurată în sensul că admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâta la plata către fiecare reclamantz, proorţional perioadei lucrate, a cotei de profit de 5% din profitul net realizat pe anii 2005-2008, actualizat cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii. Ia act că nu s-au solicitat cheltuieli de judecată.
