Admite cererea de recurs
Admite în parte recursul declarat de pârâta S.N.T.F.C. " CFR C." SA împotriva sentinţei civile numărul 70 din 07.02.2011 a Tribunalului Bistriţa Năsăud pronunţate în dosar numărul 8067/112/2010, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că înlătură obligaţia pârâtei de a plăti reclamantului B.E.P. premiul pentru ziua Feroviarului 2007, 2008, respectiv salariul suplimentar aferent anului 2007.
Admite excepţia autorităţii de lucru judecat şi în consecinţă respinge acţiunea formulată în numele salariatului S.S.S.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor.
Obligă recurenta SNTFC " CFR C." SA să plătească intimatului S.T.D.C. Cluj-Napoca suma de 970 lei, cheltuieli de judecată parţiale în recurs.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 27.06.2011.
