Respinge contestaţia creditoarei S.C. OMEGA IS COMUNICATION S.R.L., la tabelul preliminar al creanţelor debitoarei.Admite în parte contestaţia creditorului C******** J******* I***. Dispune înscrierea creditorului C******** J******* I*** în tabelul definitiv al creditorilor cu suma de 911.654,52 lei debit şi 110.305,84 lei penalităţi. Admite în parte contestaţia creditorului Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice Iaşi, la tabelul preliminar al creanţelor. Dispune înscrierea creditorului Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice Iaşi, în tabelul definitiv al creanţelor astfel: - 6.404.814 lei din care suma de 3.712.043,41 lei, garantată cu gaj, Respinge contestaţia debitorului S.C FOTBAL CLUB POLITEHNICA IAŞI S.A. la tabelul preliminar al creanţelor privind creanţa creditorului Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice Iaşi. Pune în vedere administratorului judiciar să analizeze creanţa acestui creditor pe fond. Constată că tabelul preliminar a rămas definitiv. Acordă termen pentru continuare procedură la 6.09.2011.
