Respingere recurs

Decizia nr.721/CM – Respinge recursul I.S.J. Tulcea. Admite recursul Ministerului Finanţelor Publice. Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată împotriva Ministerului Finanţelor. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Red.jud. MB (DR)
