Respingere recurs

DECIZIA CIVILĂ NR.654/CM Respinge ca nefondat recursul Inspectoratului Şcolar Judeţean Tulcea. Admite recursul Ministerului Finanţelor Publice. Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, ca nefondată. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
