Admite cererea. Obligă pârâta Şcoala cu clasele I-VIII Jijila, jud. Tulcea, să plătească reclamanţilor reprezentaţi prin Sindicatul Independent Învăţământ Măcin, jud. Tulcea diferenţa dintre ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale pe suport electronic necesare îmbunătăţirii calităţii didactice prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006 cuvenit pentru anul 2009 şi cel plătit pentru anul 2009, sume actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei la data plăţii. Obligă pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului să aloce Inspectoratului Şcolar Judeţean Tulcea sumele necesare plăţii diferenţei de ajutor prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006 pentru anul 2009. Obligă pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Tulcea să aloce pârâtei Şcoala cu clasele I-VIII Jijila, jud. Tulcea, sumele necesare plăţii diferenţei de ajutor prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006, pentru anul 2009. Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice. Respinge cererea îndreptată împotriva Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, pentru lipsa calitate procesuală pasivă. Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie. Obligă chematul în garanţie M.F.P. să vireze pârâtului Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului, sumele necesare plăţii diferenţei de ajutor prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006, pentru anul 2009.
