Admitere recurs
Admite recursul.Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1703 din 26 aprilie 2011 a Tribunalului Botoşani, în sensul că: Admite excepţia prescrierii dreptului material la acţiune invocată de pârâtă şi, în consecinţă:Respinge ca prescrise pretenţiile reclamanţilor referitoare la plata contravalorii tichetelor de masă pentru intervalul 01.02.2009-31.12.2009. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu contravin prezentei decizii.Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 13 decembrie 2011.
