Admis fond
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de pârâtul Oraşul Brezoi.
Admite cererea.
Obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor, membrii de sindicat, diferenţa dintre indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă, aferentă anului 2010 cuvenită legal şi cea încasată efectiv, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
