Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii Liceul Teoretic Ion Barbu şi Centrul Bugetar Liceul Teoretic Ion Barbu să calculeze reclamanţilor indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă aferentă anului 2009 - 2010, în cuantum integral, nediminuată cu 25% şi să le plătească acestora diferenţa dintre indemnizaţia efectiv încasată şi cea nediminuată, sume actualizate în raport de rata inflaţiei la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâtul Municipiul Piteşti, prin Primar, să asigure fondurile necesare plăţii drepturilor solicitate.
Obligă pârâţii la plata sumei de 59, 77 lei cheltuieli de judecată.
Definitivă şi executorie.
Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 18.05.2011.
