Schimbat în parte
REspinge excepţia tardivităţii invocată de apelantă. Admitea apelul şi schimbă în parte sentinţa apelată. Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale active a reclamantului A***** M***** şi a intervenienţilor, şi în consecinţă respinge cererea completatoare având ca obiect anularea în tot a contractului de furnizare a energiei termice nr. 595/2010 şi art. 4 din Actul adiţional nr. 595/2010, ca fiind formulate de persoane fără calitate procesuală activă. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei apelate privind anularea deciziei din 15.05.2009 şia propunerii de restituire a debitului. Definitivă. Cu drept de recurs: pronunţată în şedinţă publică.

Amână cauza
Amânat la data de 23.05.2012, pentru ca părţile să ia cunoştinţă de înscrisurile comunicate la acest termen de judecată , precum şi pentru a se depune de către RAM relaţiile solicitate de instanţă, termen la care se va pune în discuţie calificarea căii de atac.
