Admitere recurs
Admite recursurile declarate de pârâtul Consiliul Local al Municipiului Botoşani, jud. Botoşani şi pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti.
Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 981 din 16 mai 2012 a Tribunalului Botoşani şi, în rejudecare:
Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea formulată de reclamanţi.
Anulează ca nemotivat recursul declarat de către pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Irevocabilă.
