Admite cererea

1520 Hot. Admite contestaţiile. Constată nulitatea Hotărârii Adunării creditorilor din data de 09.01.2012. Constată că Adunarea Creditorilor din data de 09.01.2012 a hotărât desemnarea unui Comitet al Creditorilor în următoarea componenţă: S* E***** C*** S**; S* G******* S**; Sc transport Rutier şi Confecţii Aluminiu SRL; SC Prest Util Const SRL, S* S** C****** S** şi Preşedinte al Comitetului Creditorilor - SC Cevalis SRL.Constată nulitatea Hotărârii Adunării creditorilor din data de 20.12.2011. Solicită Adunării creditorilor să desemneze alt administrator judiciar, având în vedere starea de incompatibilitate a practicianului în insolvenţă AS Insolv SPRL conform art. 30.alin3 din OUG 86/2006.
