Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de M********* F********* P******.
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâtul C.N.Mircea cel Bătrân să plătească reclamanţilor membrii de sindicat, sumele reprezentând ajutorul financiar prevăzut de lege nr. 315/2006, aferent anului 2010, pe perioada până la 3.07.2010, actualizate la data plăţii.
Obligă ceilalţi pârâţi să vireze fondurile necesare pentru plata sumelor la care a fost obligat pârâtul C.N.Mircea cel Bătrân.
