Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Consiliul Local al Municipiului Botoşani, jud. Botoşani.Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1150 din 05 iunie 2012 a Tribunalului Botoşani şi, în rejudecare:Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea formulată de reclamanţi. Anulează ca nemotivat recursul declarat de către pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
