Admite cererea de îndreptare a erorii materiale, formulată de petentul Dăscăliţei Gelu.
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurată în practicaua, considerentele şi dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 2720 din 18 decembrie 2012, pronunţată de Tribunalul Suceava în dosar nr. 12606/86/2012, în sensul că, în loc de „Doscăliţei I. Gelu”, cum din eroare s-a tehnoredactat, se va menţiona corect numele „Dăscăliţei Gelu”.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
